• Email us for a return authorization code.

• State in detail why you are returning the item. (This will help us to avoid returns in the future.)

• Item must be shipped back to us in the same container as you received it in.

• Returned Item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  

Please do not send items back that have been damaged by you or someone else. This will only result in returning the item back to you. We are also not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in shipping. If you are concerned about your item's safety, please contact us prior to purchase for insurance pricing on the item you plan to order. Since we use USPS for 95% of our shipping, insurance is not automatic with the exception of Glass Items.

We use USPS to save on shipping costs as compared to UPS & FedEx, this in-turn saves you the customer money.
