This is a
wonderful dieter’s cloth hardcover cookbook with 480 pages that
was published by Meredith Corp in 1992 and measures 9.25 x 10
and is 1” thick.
Every recipe is
illustrated with a color picture and simple instructions. At
the bottom of each recipe there is a nutrition guide and a
calorie count. The cookbook is full of healthy, low calorie and
easy to make recipes.
There is no dust jacket and the only flaw that I
can see is that the front first blank page has two creases and a
small white spot. There are no marks,
stickers, writing, rips, tears, fading or dog-ears of any kind
and the binding is in as new condition as well.
